*****Shipping*****

Question: How long does it take for you to ship my package?
Answer: Items are shipped within 5 business days.  See our Order Processing page for more information.

Question: How do you ship?
Answer: We ship by USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.  For orders over $100, we ship USPS
priority mail with signature confirmation.

Question: How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Answer: On the day of shipment, you will be sent an email notification message.  This message will
include the delivery (or signature) confirmation number as well as the shipping address.

Question: Will you combine shipping with my eBay auctions?
Answer: At our discretion, we are able to ship items won at auction on eBay and ordered through our
website together.  However, the COST of the combined shipping may only be combined if purchasing
items by the yard.  The shipping for "Lot" auctions (i.e., mixed lots, large lots, multiple ribbon lots) may
NOT be combined with website order shipping costs.  Those shipping costs are fixed will be added to the
website shipping costs.

Question: Can I call you?
Answer: At this time we are unable to offer telephone service.  If you have questions about our reliability
and quality, please see our
eBay feedback page.    

Question: Where do you get your ribbons from?
Answer: We get our ribbons from a variety of sources. They are first quality ribbons and are new from
the ribbon mill. We do not provide further information regarding our ribbon sources.

Question: What are your business days?
Answer: We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding US postal holidays.

Question: Do you have any ribbon in wider or narrower widths?
Answer: Currently, we only carry ribbon in 7/8", 1", 1-1/4", or 1-1/2" widths.

Question: If a ribbon or item is out of stock, how long will it take before it's back in stock?
Answer: If we know when the next shipment will arrive we will indicate a restock date on the website.  If
not, the restock date may vary. The best way to ensure that you are notified about restocks is to add
your name to our mailing list. Whenever we restock, we send out an email notification.

Question: Do you wholesale?
Answer: Our site is bulk sales only and the prices offered are at wholesale levels.

Question: What types of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept Paypal, money orders, personal/business checks, and credit cards (American Express,
VISA, MasterCard, and Discover).


*****Ribbon usage*****

Question: How durable are your boutique ribbons?
Answer: Our boutique ribbons are very durable and may be used in high use applications such as belts or
in apparel.

Question: Can the boutique ribbons be machine washed? Or ironed?
Answer: We recommend that you hand wash your ribbons with cold water and mild detergent (such as
Woolite).  Some ribbons may be machine washed on the gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
The boutique ribbons may be ironed on a low setting.
